How To: Add a User to YouTube

Working with a marketing or advertising agency who has requested user access to your YouTube page? This may seem like a daunting task, but we’re here to give you step-by-step instructions that will make this task super easy!

Grant access to your channel using permissions

Step 1: Go to studio.youtube.com.

Step 2: On the left-hand side, click Settings.

Step 3: Click Permissions.

Step 4: Click Invite and enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite.

Step 5: Click Access and select the role you’d like to assign to this person from the table below.

Step 6: Click Done.
